These terms govern your use of the Savis Systems cloud service. By ticking the agreement box and completing your subscription you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1 · The service

A cloud accounting and management system covering invoicing, customers, inventory and any add-ons you purchase. The service is delivered online through an account dedicated to your organisation, with the modules included in your plan.

2 · Subscription and capacity

• •The subscription is annual and starts on the date your account is activated.
• •The free trial runs for 14 days and ends automatically with no charge unless you subscribe.
• •Users and branches are limited to what you purchase: five users per branch, up to three branches.
• •Renewal is not automatic — you are notified before the term ends and it renews at your request.

3 · Payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are paid in advance for the full term through the approved payment gateway. We do not store your card details; the gateway handles them directly.

We are not currently registered for UK VAT because our taxable turnover is below the registration threshold, so no UK VAT is added to your invoice.

4 · Your data

• •Your data is yours alone; we do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.
• •Each organisation's account is isolated from every other, and our team accesses it only at your support request.
• •Regular backups are taken; even so, exporting your data as you go remains your responsibility.
• •You can export your data from within the system at any time while the subscription is active.

5 · Acceptable use

The service must not be used unlawfully, attacked or overloaded, and your account must not be shared outside your organisation. Breaching this suspends the account.

6 · Availability and maintenance

We aim to keep the service available around the clock. It may pause for scheduled maintenance announced in advance, or for reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee entirely uninterrupted service.

7 · Suspension and termination

You may end the subscription at any time, and your data stays available for export for a reasonable period afterwards. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or has unpaid dues.

9 · Language

These terms are issued in English, which is the governing language of this agreement. Any translation is provided for convenience only; in case of difference, the English text prevails.
